Clinical Development
Two Program Lead roles to own APAC clinical execution for our partnered asset portfolio — oncology and immunology focus.
Program Lead — Oncology
Own the clinical development and operational execution of our oncology asset portfolio across APAC. You'll be the primary interface with our preferred CRO partner (Novotech) and regional KOL networks, driving Phase 1–2 programmes forward in close alignment with our pharma co-development partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead Phase 1–2 programme planning and execution across APAC sites
- Primary operational interface with Novotech CRO and regional oncology KOLs and PIs
- Own timelines, risk registers, budgets, and regulatory milestone tracking
- Collaborate with scientific advisors on protocol design and development strategy
- Present programme updates to Diode Bio leadership and pharma co-development partners
- Support IND/CTA preparation and regulatory authority engagement
Requirements
- 6–12 years in pharma, biotech, or CRO with oncology focus
- Hands-on Phase 1–2 trial management, ideally with APAC site experience
- Strong CRO management and KOL engagement skills
- MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred; APAC regulatory familiarity an advantage
Program Lead — Immunology
Drive the clinical execution of our immunology asset programmes across APAC. Working closely with Novotech and regional immunology KOLs, you'll be accountable for Phase 1–2 delivery — from site activation through data readout — in direct partnership with our pharma co-development partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead Phase 1–2 programme planning and execution for immunology assets across APAC
- Day-to-day liaison with Novotech CRO and regional immunology KOLs and site PIs
- Manage programme governance: timelines, budgets, risk registers
- Contribute scientific input to protocol design and eligibility optimisation
- Support IND/CTA preparation and regulatory authority interactions across APAC
- Build Diode Bio's regional immunology investigator network
Requirements
- 6–12 years in pharma, biotech, or CRO with immunology or autoimmune disease focus
- Phase 1–2 trial management experience; APAC experience strongly preferred
- Solid CRO management and cross-functional coordination skills
- MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred; APAC regulatory familiarity an advantage
